Room Leader
Working closely with the Manager each successful candidate will be responsible for leading one of the three rooms within the facility. Duties will include activity and curriculum planning, staff rotas, staff training and development and liasing with parents through regular newsletters.
Ideal candidates will be SVQ3 or SVQ4 qualified and have several years experience within a high quality child care environment, preferably with supervisory experience, although consideration will be given to candidates who can demonstrate the professional and personal attributes necessary to progress to such a position.
One Room Leader will in addition hold the position of Assistant Manager and will be expected to act as delegate for the Manager during periods of holiday or absence.
For all managerial positions remuneration package will not prove a barrier to the right candidates and will include a 4 day working week, generous holiday entitlement, pension and a substantial performance related bonus.
