Our Nursery on Victoria Street, Aberdeen, opened its doors in January 2007. Victoria Street is a quiet, beautiful, terraced street enjoying minimal traffic movements.
Entrance is available both from the front of the building on Victoria Street itself and also from the rear via Waverly Lane where some car parking is available.
The new facility, which is mostly newly purpose-built, caters for 24 x 0-2 years, 15 x 2-3 years and 29 x 3-5 years age groups, each grouping having its own secure room.
The premises are secure with intercom and keypad entry.
All three age groups enjoy outdoor play in our large and secure outdoor play area, with garden.
There are separate sleep and quiet room with cots and soft music, for those wishing a wee nap.
All meals and snacks are prepared on site in our newly fitted kitchen facilities. We provide home cooked nutritional meals and can make allowances for any special dietary requirements. All our fresh meat is sourced from Aberdeenshire Larder in Ellon.
Staff enjoy a separate staff room, with scope for snack preparation, and secure locker facilities.
There is also a private office for conducting any confidential business.
We will apply to Aberdeen City Council to become a registered provider of the 3-5 years Curriculum as soon as we are open.
